Here’s the most basic concept of building muscle:
The act of lifting weights is done for the express purpose of “tearing the muscle down” so it can be rebuilt by the body in a bigger and stronger fashion.
The key ingredient used by the body in this rebuilding process is protein.
I know, I know… that’s a little over-simplified and likely something you’ve heard many times before.
If you’re not taking in enough high-quality protein throughout the day, you’re shooting yourself in the foot when it comes to training results. You can tear down the building all day long, but if you’re not provided enough raw materials to build it back up, what was the point?
This is what happens when you train hard but don’t feed your muscles what they need to repair. You get sore, weak, tired, and sick.
(Probably not what you were going for when you decided to add on slabs of lean mass and get shredded, was it?)
So if we accept that appropriate protein intake is absolutely vital to your success in morphing your body from where you started to giving Greek-god statues a run for their money in the physique department, the question becomes “How do I get enough of the good stuff?”
Option 1 is getting it all through your regular diet. This is a great option if you’re independently wealthy and have multiple hours per week to prepare all the meat and other protein sources you’d need to consume to get the right amounts at the right times during the day.
I say independently wealthy because that would be VERY expensive! (have you seen the price of high-quality meat at the supermarket these days?!) For both time and money constraints, this probably isn’t the best option for most regular guys like you and me.
Option 2, however, is a much easier, cheaper, and less time-consuming way to get the additional protein you need in your diet for dominating in the gym and getting the full and ripped physique you’re after.
And as you’ve probably already guessed, Option 2 is a high-quality protein powder that you can take between meals, before and after your workout, before bed, or as a complete meal replacement if you’re trying to slim down.
Obviously this isn’t rocket science or some “new and amazing breakthrough” in bodybuilding wisdom – protein powders have been around for quite some time.
That being the case, here’s the question you should be asking yourself:
In fact, you might have even heard people say that “all proteins are basically the same.”
In reality, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
In an effort to provide you (and me since I take everything I offer you) the best possible protein on the market, I took a fair bit of time researching what your protein must have if you want to leverage it for maximum gains.
The result of that research and many iterations of the formulation process is what is now available to you in the form of ISO-FUELTM. Allow me briefly share with the 5 high-level takeaways of that research and how I applied it to the formulation of ISO-FUELTM:
With that in mind, ISO-FUEL has the following protein spectrum…
Let’s face it, even the best formulation of the most premium amino acid profile doesn’t do our bodies any good if we can’t absorb it! Unfortunately, the nature of protein is that it doesn’t absorb easily.
That’s why it was non-negotiable that ISO-FUEL contain premium digestive enzymes to ensure the maximum amount of protein is absorbed in the body (and therefore, muscles).
BCAAs are critical facilitators of the protein synthesis process which makes them a key ingredient in the muscle healing and repair process. Supplementing them is also vital because they are often depleted during heavy exercise. Furthermore, having a complete compliment of BCAA’s is recommended because they work synergistically to provide their individual benefits.
ISO-FUEL contains over 5 Grams of the essential BCAA’s your body needs before and after an intense work out.
For the vast majority of fitness and strength goals, carbs need to be used strategically. Since most people aggressively working towards a fitness and/or strength goal supplement with protein several times a day, having too many carbs per serving is not ideal.
This is important to be aware of because many of the most popular proteins include quite a few carbs. They’re basically counting on the consumer not paying attention and basing their decision mostly on taste.
Furthermore, in order to get the most bang for your buck and facilitate the muscle building process, you want to maximize the protein per serving.
With this in mind, I minimized the carbs per serving (6g total) and maximized the protein (25g per scoop).
That may sound like a funny requirement, but the reality is anyone who is aggressively pursuing a strength or physique goal is consuming a lot of protein, and most likely a decent portion of that is accomplished with a powder supplement.
Knowing that, who wants to choke down a nasty protein shake that doesn’t blend well 2 – 4 times per day!!??
And the fact of the matter is you can have a protein that tastes great and doesn’t have a ton of lumps without loading it with carbs if you make it with enough high-quality raw ingredients.
Obviously taste is subjective, but I’m very picky when it comes to the taste of my protein so I think you’ll be pretty impressed when you give ISO-FUEL a try.
There ya have it. Those are the 5 “must-haves” for your protein supplement. And of course, ISO-FUEL has them all.
That’s why I formulated ISO-FUEL to my exacting personal standards so YOU would have the best-tasting, highest quality, no-filler protein supplement possible.
If You’re Looking To Gain Lean Mass…
Drink 1 serving 2-3 times a day between your regular meals.
If you’re an extremely hard gainer, take 1-2 serving in between your three regular meals but mix it with 2-4oz of heavy whipping cream and 2-4oz of whole milk. It’ll make a calorie-dense high-protein/high-fat shake that tastes awesome and helps you put on lean mass when nothing else has worked.
If You Are Looking To Reduce Body Fat While Retaining Muscle…
Just replace a meal or two with ISO-FUEL in water or low fat milk.
And If You’re Trying To Pack On As Much Mass As Possible…
One of my favorite ways to prepare a protein shake so it has extra clean calories is to mix 2 scoops of chocolate ISO-FUEL with 8 oz of water, 8 oz of milk, 2 tbsp of organic peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of uncooked oatmeal in a blender. It tastes like a chocolate-peanut butter no-bake cookie and keeps you fueled easily for a couple of hours.
(Once you try this one, you’ll never go back!)
The next logical question is – how much does it cost?
A big 2.5 lb. 31-serving container of ISO-FUEL is only $44.95.
At that price, each serving is only $1.45…less than what you’d spend on a Grande coffee at Starbucks.
…Or the “value meal” from a fast food joint that costs $5.69 (or more) and offers ZERO nutritional value… and a butt-load of carbs and dangerous chemical additives.
And as always, I want to provide you with the highest quality product AND the maximum level of convenience so for those who want it, I’m offering autoship and bulk discounts.
Once you try ISO-FUEL I’m confident you’ll continue re-ordering monthly.
So if you choose the ISO-FUEL Monthly Delivery Plan, you’ll get a full 10% discount on all your monthly recurring orders for as long as you’re a member. And since we both know you NEED the protein, going with this option falls in the “Good Idea” category – you’re saving money and you don’t have to think about – it just shows up!
