Post Workout Secrets For Faster Gains

Dear Friend,

Immediately after your workout is the most CRUCIAL time to feed your body the nutrients it needs to recover and overcompensate (grow) from your training.

Here's some post workout tips to help you MAXIMIZE your muscular gains from each and every workout.

To gain muscle faster you need to make sure your body has the raw materials it needs to build more muscle...and immediately after your workout is the most important time to load up with those necessary nutrients.

Here's what I recommend you do:

1. IMMEDIATELY after your last set, grab your water bottle 
and down 10 to 20 capsules of Nitrobol.

Nitrobol provides a very precise ratio of amino acids, specially formulated to stimulate protein synthesis 
and anabolism (muscle-building). It’s formulated 
to get to your muscle cells where its needed most for growth and repair... 
3 times faster than dietary protein.

2. Within 15 to no more than 30 minutes after taking 
your Nitrobol, take a protein shake with the following 

a.) One scoop of Ultimate Protein Complex mixed in water...

b.) You can also use a little fruit juice mixed in water if you prefer...

c.) 1/2 banana

It's important that this post-workout shake has almost NO 
fat in it. Fats slow digestion and we want these nutrients to 
be digested and assimilated as fast as possible.

3. In addition to your protein shake I also suggest you eat about 1/2 cup of organic raisins. Raisins are very alkaline and that 
is important because post-workout your body is in an acid state. Your body cannot build muscle as effectively when in an acid state. Alkaline foods help balance that out.

4. Since we want this post-workout meal digested and assimilated as rapidly as possible I also recommend you take 2 to 4 capsules of F.S.D.S. with your protein shake. F.S.D.S. (Full Spectrum Digestive Support) contains the exact 
proportion of digestive enzymes you need to fully digest and 
assimilate protein, fat and carbohydrates to help you build 
more muscle faster.
I suggest you take 1 to 2 capsules of F.S.D.S with EVERY meal 
and protein shake to ensure you're digesting and assimilating all the nutrients from your meals.

But the MOST important time to take F.S.D.S. is with your 
post-workout protein/carb shake.

5. With your post-workout protein shake take 3 capsules of Hyper Gain.
I used to suggest taking Hyper Gain 45 minutes before a workout... 
but I've done some experimenting and it seems taking Hyper Gain post-workout is more effective than pre-workout.

Post-workout is the time when your muscle cells are BEGGING for nutrients to help them grow bigger and stronger.
