The Secret To Building Big Muscles Quickly

Hopefully after reading the back issues of the eJournal, you know the most important part of your nutrition program as a bodybuilder is protein.

And nobody knew that better than the "Iron Guru", Vince Gironda.

In Hollywood, the studios used to send their actors who had to build muscles in a matter of a few weeks to Vince Gironda. 

Why? 

Because Vince would get them in the most muscular shape in the shortest possible time.

He had a lot of controversial opinions... some which you may agree with and some you might not. For example, he used to think that the Bench Press was a useless exercise and it should be replaced with Dips.

But Vince was right on target with his views on Positive Nitrogen Balance

When the movie studios sent actors to his gym, one of Vince's secrets was to make sure they were not over-trained or in a catabolic state. He kept them in an anabolic state by making absolutely sure they had abundant protein in their bodies at all times.

So take a tip from the late, great Vince Gironda: 

If you want big muscles quickly...
train hard... and eat and drink LOTS of protein.

Pour a pint of raw milk (if you can get raw milk in your area) in a blender... add 4-5 scoops of a high quality whey, casein and egg protein powder... add a dozen eggs and sip it throughout the first part of the day. You can add a banana or strawberries for flavor if you like.

Make another drink later in the day and sip it throughout the second half of your day. These drinks should be taken in addition to your normal high protein meals.
